CDRC, through the support of Civic Force, distributed relief goods to flood-affected families in Novaliches, Quezon City. This activity was coordinated with the Institute for Occupational Health and Safety Development (IOHSAD) and the Labor Ministry of Novaliches.

Most of the affected families live near the Tullahan River.
