Families of victims of Supertyphoon Reming commemorated the anniversary of the tragedy that killed more than 700 people in Albay Province three years ago.  The Disaster Preparedness Committees organized by Tarabang para sa Bicol (TABI), launched a petition calling for the immediate completion of the concrete bridge destroyed by the mudslide. The bridge connects Brgy Binitayan and Brgy Kilicao in Daraga, Albay.
