On March 17, CDRC visited Bagumbayan to see some of the homes affected by Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng. The community was spotted with blue tarpaulins, signifying that repairs to damaged buildings were not yet complete. After touring the community, CDRC conducted a community-based disaster management orientation to a full audience of interested individuals.
