One of the hardest-hit provinces in Southern Philippines by Typhoon Pablo (Bopha) was Compostela Valley. Houses and crops were destroyed by strong winds and floods. MISFI, CDRC’s Regional Center in the area, immediately conducted a Damage, Needs and Capacities Assessment after the storm. The affected families are in need of food, water and medicine.
