CDRC and its regional center, the Ilocos Center for Research, Empowerment and Development (ICRED), conducted relief delivery operations in the Ilocos Region for the communities affected by Typhoon Pepeng (Parma). Psychosocial activities for the children were also held. This was supported by Caritas Switzerland and Swiss Solidarity.
