CDRC and Alay Bayan Inc. distributed relief goods to the communities affected by Typhoon Pepeng (Parma) in Pangasinan. This was supported by German Humanitarian Aid and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe. About 80% of Pangasinan was submerged in flood waters after Typhoon Pepeng battered Northern Luzon in October.

This was supported by the German Humanitarian Aid and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe. Benguet was one of the provinces hardest hit by the typhoon which caused massive landslides.
