The Citizens’ Disaster Response Center concludes the last year of its five-year Strategic Plan (2013-2017). This Strategic Plan has the overall goal of “Building resilient communities to reduce impact of widespread and increasing magnitude of disasters.”

This narrative report covering the period January-December 2017 shows the implemented activities as designed in the Strat Plan and the proposed 2017 Core Program.
