Tarabang Para sa Bikol, Inc. (TABI) and village-level Disaster Preparedness Committees (DPCs) give relief services to families displaced by the impending threat of Mayon eruption. Aside from those staying in evacuation centers, they also extend help to families currently living in relocation sites and those in makeshift houses near the evacuation centers. Because they are not included in the official list of evacuees, they are not prioritized in the relief and assistance efforts of the local and national governments.
