This project is in partnership with the Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe and the German Federal Foreign Office together with the regional centers in the Citizens’ Disaster Response Networ, namely the Southern Tagalog People’s Response Center (STPRC), Tarabang Para sa Bicol, Inc. (TABI), Leyte Center for Development Education, Inc. (LCDE), Bread for Emergency Assistance and Development (Bread), Center for Relief and Rehabilitation Services – Cagayan Valley (CRRS-CV) and the Alay Bayan, Inc. (ABI).
It is dedicated to individuals, organizations, agencies and communities which have offered time, effort and resources to help vulnerable sectors help themselves in the face of disaster.
