Caritas Switzerland representative Ms Erna Kaeppeli visited CDRC project sites in Pangasinan and Albay from February 23-26, 2011. She saw the Typhoon Pepeng-affected communities of Alay Bayan Inc. in Bayambang, Pangasinan where shelter and non-food items were distributed, and the Typhoon Reming rehabilitation areas of Tarabang para sa Bicol in Camalig, Albay. ABI and TABI are both regional partners of CDRC.
