Caritas Switzerland representatives, Ms Regula Hafner (Head, Asia and Europe Department) and Ms Judith Niederberger (Programme Officer for Philippines and Thailand), visited the Bicol Region. The Regional Center, Tarabang Para Sa Bicol  (TABI), recently concluded its 3-year project: Enhancing Flood Preparedness and Helping the Survivors of Super Typhoon Reming Help Themselves in 8 communities in Albay. The possible replication of the project in Bulusan was also visited. Caritas also witnessed the on-going relief operation in Polangui, Albay for the families affected by Typhoon Nesat (Pedring).
