Representatives from Caritas Switzerland, Ms Judith Niederberger and Ms Regula Hafner, visited the Regional Center in Central Luzon to monitor the progress of the project: Agricultural Rehabilitation Program for Ketsana and Parma Survivors.

Alay Bayan-Luson is one of the five partners implementing the agricultural production component of the project with activities such as distribution of farm tools and implements, hand tractors, water pumps and other materials for irrigation in Bayambang, Pangasinan.
