Last November 2013, Typhoon Yolanda resulted in widespread destruction in the Philippines, particularly in Samar and Leyte, where thousands of people were killed.
Months after the landfall of Yolanda, people affected are still left in despair with their source of livelihood damaged and their houses gone. Continued support is still needed to help them fully recover.
With the enormous devastation of Yolanda, members of the Citizens’ Disaster Response Network (CDRN) have come together to help in the rehabilitation of the affected communities.
